Life is a difficult journey that can leave us feeling disappointed, broken, or hopeless. We can find ourselves in a place that we never expected or wanted to be. It is easy to feel like you are stuck and trapped in a negative cycle. I work with families, couples, and individuals, creating a safe place to explore the issues that they are struggling with. We will work together to identify your strengths, find new ways to resolve conflicts, improve communication, challenge unhealthy ways, work through addictions, and find inner healing. We will collaborate together to help you get to a better place and be empowered to change.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling and a minor in Theology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. I am a student counselor working on completing my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Abilene Christian University. My focus is on addressing and treating trauma, no matter the source. Together, we will work on finding a way through the trauma, and addressing the root causes of it. Whatever is causing you harm, we will walk through the process of healing together. You do not have to face the trauma alone.
When you come to see me, you can feel safe about bringing your pain and struggles, and we will work together to lighten your emotional load and help relieve the pain. You will find yourself in a judgement free environment where you can openly express yourself, and I will meet you with empathy and kindness. It is my goal to create a safe space where you feel comfortable talking through life’s difficulties, pains, and struggles.

“I have heard there are troubles of more than one kind. Some come from ahead and some come from behind. But I've bought a big bat. I'm all ready you see. Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me!” - Dr. Seuss

Oh God I’m not who I used to be Jesus I’m not who I used to be Cause I am redeemed
